Chamois

_____From a very young age, Chamois possessed a connection to stones and gems. Crystals, geodes, and minerals became her life’s passion. She left the den almost daily to explore cave systems and analyze the Arcanist’s crystalline lands. To this day, she collects rocks and often takes adventures into the deepest caverns to search for her beloved stones. Her collection continues to increase in size, and she refuses to give them away. It would be difficult to step foot into her section of the lair, the reason simply being that her floor, walls, and ceiling are covered with color-coded rocks.
_____Eventually, her gusto moved her to enchant herself to become a crystal. Using her Arcane magic, she hardened her flesh, turning herself into a living, breathing geode.
_____One day, as the crystalline dragon strode through the Crystalpine Reaches, a Charoite Burrower’s daffodil gaze caught on her reflective scales. The bird began to follow in her wake, traveling with Chamois wherever she went, but always fleeing when she tried to approach. Over time, the owl’s trust in her grew. Now, the little creature will never leave her side, and he accompanies her on every quest.
