Baylie lords over the town's treasure like a dragon from legend. That is about where the comparison ends. She is loud, jovial, and quick to laughter, with an infamous love for strong drink. A dragon this big and noisy (the ruder will call her obnoxious) is hard to miss, and Buzzard's Pass's rare travelers find it near-impossible to to escape her overly-friendly attention.

That is all most dragons learn of her. Despite her outgoing nature, Baylie is a surprisingly private dragon, and her home is almost always closed to visitors. Those that do get to see her underneath the mask describe her as soulful, troubled, and lonely. Her personality is a double-edged sword; she can be fun and affable, but also intimidatingly brash and obnoxious. Deep down, she wishes for nothing more than a cozy lair and a happy family.
