In Stasis, these dragons are long gone.
The predecessors of Crystals & Starwood dragons were called Lucents, known for their luminous translucent bodies before their society's accidental eradication due to a major cave collapse deep underground.
They inhabited the caves below the Starwood Strand where the Crystals still live now - known to them as Shards, as no record of their bodily Lucent light-keeping was preserved between generations.
