Backstory:
Ealim "Saintis" hatched in tower of Concurrent Skies to two electric dragons, from young age he showed high intelligence, even higher compared to other electric dragons. His intelligence shined in mathematics and science based subjects, he even got interested of idea of creating new kinds of creatures, by mixing two or many different DNAs togethers.
When he was old enough he decided to join Dragon city´s Modernization Science and Technology Academy, passing through entrance exam proudly he joined to Academy, starting to work on his plan creating new live along working Academy´s own projects. He too got interested of fellow science, bird dragon named dr. Coruja "Nocturnal" Eyewing, both did start date until entire thing came crushing down when people found out about his experiments that they saw disgusting and unethical. In anger Ealim fough head of Academy, ending to lose his eye, Coruja told him to leave, that he was fired. In his anger he left, swearing that he would return.
Ealim headed then to Stramba island, Outcast, group of strange dragons took him in with some hesitation, in there he resumed his experiments, creating Rahua Vicitra, creation from Atlawa and Tall Plains Dreadwing DNA, he considered Rahua as failure and abandoned him to Stone Hill.
He too met his new mate, Azido Blackstripes, female poison dragon. They both are now working together, helping Outcast when told so, otherwise Ealim is focusing to his own goals that others saw wrong.
Years later he met young purple dragon named Eveliina with his mate, two Outcast siblings called Aneh and Rojo and little brother of leader of Outcast, Rayas who he called 'lord Rayas'. After small fight between young dragon and poison Outcast dragon he decided to take a stand and speak sense to him.
Convincing Rayas to challenge his older brother as Ealim realized that he would want him and others believe they were freaks and monsters which Rayas didn´t want to believe. In the end he accepted truth when Eveliina said that his big brother didn´t care about him and he wasn´t his big brother anymore.
With that he flied to his domain while Ealim, Eveliina, Aneh and Rojo would walk, Azido saying she would catch up with them later. In snowy forest, as nearing Madax´s domain group came face to face with massive drake like creature called Stramba, creator and god-like monster which attacked them.
When young purple dragon managed to lure it onto ice and get it fall into water with help of Azido, Ealim put end to it by electricuting it, making it drown ad result. After it they got to domain, watching fight between two brothers, Madax and Rayas. It was vicious but Rayas came out victorious, Eveliina left and Ealim would follow, both going their ways.
In the end he and Azido would settle down in earth, in beautiful land of Japan, away from everyone, having two eggs that would hatch boy and girl, Cusata and Viridi.
Personality: Ealim is proud as he comes, seeing himself above morals when trying to create new creatures. He is highly intelligence too, even more than other electricity dragons. He spends most of his time experimenting on DNAs to create new creatures or something for Outcast.
Strenghts: Ealim´s high intelligence along his mastery over electricity make him dangerous foe, he carries bottle of green liquid on his belt, that liquid is deadly poison that he can toss to single foe from distance, his tail can wield electricity too, hence his last name Tasertail.
Flaws: Ealim´s downfall cause was his arrogance and his fury was reason why he lost his eye. Not able to see wrong in his plans, which makes him despited, still living martyr.
