Omnigul is Crota's mate, also known as the Will of Crota, and greatest of the Broodmothers.
She will defend her eggs viciously but test the hatchlings just as viciously. To love is to hurt, so her children may become strong.

She rivals Savathun in deceptiveness and keeps an eye on the witch-queen, because she knows the witch would readily destroy her mate and more importantly her brood, if given the chance. Omnigul is arrogant and proud and vain, as she sees herself as chosen to carry Oryx's legacy. She will be Mother to a race of dragons stronger than any other.

But what is Omnigul, exactly, other than Broodmother?
She is the whisper in the dark, the whispers and screams and self-loathing and the words of anger and hatred you hear in your mind, a soft suggestion, a cacaphony, a bludgeon to the mind. Omnigul is a warlock. And her domain is the mind. Her psychic powers have driven others mad, have influenced the history of the clan, and who knows what else.

There are very few dragons if at all, who are aware of her abilities, sharpened in secret and wordlessly deployed.
