Oberon is keenly aware of all of his dealings - this includes those with other dragons. By holding the title of fairy king he objects himself regularly to the whims of more adventurous spirits seeking fame, wealth and excitement, and for whatever reason his legacy has preceded him as being a source of such. It's no loss to him, making these contracts, he knows he'll always get the sweeter end of the deal, but keeping track of such records is more of a hassle than he'd like to admit. While still manageable, the work piles up at times and he finds himself forced to seek outside help; unbeknownst to his benefactors, these moments too become contractual, and for as much as he may seem overwhelmed on the outside, he takes just as seriously of a note of these dealings as any other. Even the divine bend knee to the sense of court law, for his court is the harshest in judgment.
