Disturbance

Crackling with a bizzare magic, Disturbance remains a mystery to the Underdark and the researchers of the Clan de la Noche. Disturbance can seemingly stand still and become very difficult for other dragons to notice. It's almost like the brain chooses to ignore Disturbance while he's standing still. The crackle along his body also radiates with energy, and almost appears to be moving, yet still. Regardless of the unexplained oddities with this dragon, he has proven to be a useful ally and a valuable spy for the Underdark. His unique ability allow for gathering data in much different circumstances and with better results at times.

He has only been working with the Underdark for a short time, and already was able to place himself within the Ash District without arousing suspicion or attention. We can now tell that the Moonrunner Gang is still active, and still a threat to be monitored closely. For now they're small, and no action is required. They are recruiting, and planning something, but they've been cautious about where they have their conversations. We believe we can get all the info we need from Disturbance however... he is quite valuable.
