"It's arguable who exactly works the hardest. Between Layla, Andromeda, and Evangeline, the trio could easily run Notos all by themselves. They basically do.

Evangeline is a no-nonsense Skydancer born and raised within Notos, and probably one of the few members who can actually do (and understand) math. This earned her an almost instantaneous spot as Notos' accountant. Evangeline is most usually found keeping tabs on the status of food stores, guild savings, and all of the other mathematical work no one else really wants to take care of. She doesn't mind, but during busy times it can get fairly hectic.

With sarcasm and pessimism almost as strong as her wind magic, Evangeline is a force to be reckoned with. Although unlike Luca or Elizabeth, Evangeline doesn't have the patience or basic wish to train anyone who approaches her for it. A lot of visitors are amazed that she ended up being mates with a dragon like Hawthorne, being as they're almost complete opposites. When asked about it, she simply threatens them with rather colorful and detailed language, saying something along the lines that he's enough silly in her life, and she wouldn't have it any other way."

We've got a festival coming up, and Windsinger knows that Layla 's gonna have her claws full just trying to keep Zikel sane, and I've gotta scrape together enough Messenger Scrolls to buy everyone a pair of whatever fancy-dancy piece of flying-hazard apparel they manage to pluck from the seven skies this year, because apparently NO ONE knows how to earn it themselves, and THEN I gotta decided what to set out for the feast, because WINDSINGER FORBID Lioness has to eat bugs for dinner, and I wouldn't put it past Eren to poison me because there was a single blade of grass on his plate. I'm going to be nothing but a walking skeleton after this is all over."
