1. a mainly nocturnal mammal capable of sustained flight, with membranous wings that extend between the fingers and connecting the forelimbs to the body and the hindlimbs to the tail.
The God of Wind was curious about the mortal world, and wondered if he could learn without making other gods/goddesses keep scolding at him for keep going down to mortal territory.
He had an idea, which is creating "Wind Messengers".
The wind can flow anywhere, and hidden from others. Mortals won't know that these messengers are riding along the breeze. He can hear anything through the wind stream, so this was a great idea.
Tanrithe was created shortly after he got the idea. He becomes best pals with God of Wind. Anywhere he goes, Tanrithe will be as well. He manages other Wind Messengers, and help Galelor arranging the messengers coming from thousands and thousands of Wind Messengers who are all roaming around in mortal territory.
Most of the time, he will be sitting on God of Wind's head.
