An immortal being who finds himself going from kingdom to kingdom, rising the ranks of courts to always end up as the advisor for whoever finds themselves ruling...and without fail he guides the kingdom to ruin....and awaits the rise of the next one. Eons have passed and yet any kingdom that makes claim in his little patch of land will always find themselves being invaded by a seemingly friendly soul.

Weak when it comes to physical combat, they employ a magical spear which moves with gestures from Siba's claws. A formidable weapon..however if it can be disabled/made stuck than Siba is easy to overpower... the trouble is in disabling said spear.

One day however, a young king rose to the throne and Siba went in to continue the cycle...only to discover the lad immune to his silver tongued ways and the magic that enforced it... struggling now to be an actual advisor to not get kicked out he finds himself way out of his element.

Worse yet, he has been sent on a quest to try and form relationships with neighboring kingdoms, fun. Siba now finds himself wondering what has made the new king immune to his spells...atleast he can still use his spells when talking to other dragons.
