first surviving child of misaka and azurite, doted on quite thoroughly by misaka, brought him up to be powerful and strong and yet chivalrous. though twice as sly as his mother, and ravenous as his plagueborn father, sakoneki's intidimating appearance is just that-- an appearance. a visage. sure, sakoneki could probably wipe you off the face of the planet if he looked at you too hard, but he doesn't mean to be. truthfully he's as much of a shy and bumbling idiot as can be.
