Khaadgrim

She was like any other ridgeback, and yet she was not. Chain-ridden, enslaved, and tossed in an internment camp, Khaadgrim spent most of her younger life as a prisoner of war. She was mislead, and usually fell to the whips and lashes of the guardsmen for her harsh backtalking. Regardless, the Ridge stood steadfast, and the glitter of life and energy never abandoned her.

It was by a stroke of luck that Khaadgrim and the other dragon prisoners from the internment camp had been rescued. Khaadgrim was overjoyed, but her body refused to work due to the numerous lashings that took place during her stay in the camp. She wanted to fight alongside her savior, but could not, and instead retreated away from the fighting to heal.

Her body was injured incredibly, much to her dismay. Bones were broken, muscles strained, and even her senses were dull and unsharpened. Khaadgrim took several months to fully heal from her dire wounds, but all the time healing was not wasted, and the Ridge donned armor and axes to fight on the front lines. It would only be a short time until she migrated from the electrical deserts to the scarred wastelands, and aided in numerous battles she encountered along the way. The glitter of life and energy never left her eyes, she her vigor and vitality returned tenfold.

Her armor is dusty and worn, but looks durable and well-cared for. Her brown eyes show much compassion, and her face looks young. However, her body shows many scars, as if whipped, and there is a red, worn ring around her neck. A grin escapes her face from time to time, and she looks around with curiosity.
