When non-Shadow dragons venture too far into the Tangled Wood without a guide, they're sure to find themselves lost. From there, it isn't so much a matter of what they find as of what finds them ...
As the gloom grows deeper and deeper, desperate dragons may spot a twinkling path of lights, soft and welcoming, that seems to promise to lead them to safety. And sometimes the lights even make good on that promise. It all depends on who's paying Andan today: his ability to lead travelers astray belongs to the highest bidder. His clients include everyone from bandits to malevolent spirits to benevolent guardians to shopkeepers looking for a new and innovative advertising solution.
As for those who don't follow the lights ... Andan takes a certain offense at being ignored, and rumors say that as much trouble as letting him lead you can be, if you don't follow the lights, you'll never get home.
