You managed to find that diary you wanted to keep away from yourself until you turned into an adult. This is the time you should read it. You used to write it after school. The year was beginning to continue from 2000, the time when everyone was excited over a rounded number. You flip through the pages and see the memories flow before your eyes.

Interests depended on what gender you were, but things like anime and digitalization were uprising. There were stickers on the pages of famous characters from various sources: From media to music. One page even had that CD your dad burned, which contained all of the hit songs.

Then you remember what the old Internet was like. It was very slow, but back then processing speeds weren't that important. You remember going to various types of Angelfire-sites. They weren't the best looking, but they served the things you wanted to see. Glittery text, specifically.
