Neutron is the self-declared Prince of Atoms. Other members of the clan regard him as a mere electrician. Neutron grew tired of being babied and coddled, just because he was a Fae, so in a spontaneous attempt to grow stronger he grabbed the newest breed-change scroll he could find.
But Neutron forgot to read the fine print about the extra head. On the other hand, the second head made him feel less weird about talking to himself.
When Quetzel attached herself to Neutron, he tolerated her presence but thought she was often too mopey for conversation. Furthermore, she didn't flatter him enough. But while it's true that Neutron is egotistical, he typically behaves courteously towards those who are stronger than him.
