born the middle child to the noble Margrave von Brandauer, Franziska spent her days lavishing away without many worries.

the neutral territory of the Engelswasser (Angel Water) Valley where she lived, was a much-desired location. under threat of conquest, margrave Brandauer agreed to relinquish control of the river, so long as one of the many princes took one of his daughter's hand in marriage.

it was an immense surprise when Franziska was selected amongst her four other sisters.
