Biography
Primary mate: TBD
Hummingbird was the first Banescale and overall Ancient Breed to be welcomed into the town. He was found alone as a hatchling on the border of light and shadow territory and named by then-leader Kerberos for his bright colors and high energy. For reasons unknown to the others, Hummingbird chose the then newcomer Komaran- the most mentally unstable Dragon in the entire clan- to be his primary mate (others suspect that she bewitched him). Because of this, many of his lair-mates avoided talking to him in public; as they feared Komaran's wraith of jealousy and the often strange things that happened to them afterwards. As a result, Hummingbird was a very lonely Dragon... until Komaran was exiled by Queen Aerinite for her numerous threats against the other female Banescale Razzle and subsequently, her adopted daughter Arkania.
With Komaran now long gone, Hummingbird has almost returned to his former friendly, go-lucky self; though he is now on high alert around female banescales with the Plumage tertiary gene. Observers have also noticed that Hummingbird's colros have become brighter and the Wraith around his head, wingtips, and tail tip have become thicker and a darker shade of red. He has also started to collect various feathers from birds and avian beastclans, making art from some of them, and then selling the resulting art pieces for a good bit of treasure.
