Sorcerer Skydancers

The sorcerer skydancers live on the outskirts of the islands! They share a very infused magical island with the fluxes. The sorcerer skydancers all have magic powers, but each differentiates between the dragons! They were placed here in the Enchanted Oasis to protect the other dragons from any magic disasters and so that they could safely practice/use their magic to whatever degree they want. The sorcerer skydancers are different from other magic users because (a) they are each born with a basic knowledge of their power (as soon as their born they can already use their magic) and than (b) they all have unusual magic powers. Its not your normal "wind, water," so and so its all very unique and not one has the same power.

The Island
Bigger than the other islands (including the main hibiscus tree island). The crooked forest covers about 2/3 of the island, once being a beautiful green forest but quickly becoming warped by the spells effects that are constantly used in them. The other 1/3 is the meadow where the fluxes busy most of their time in. The skydancers try not to bother the fluxes too much, but sometimes the fluxes will hang around the skydancers to see what type of spells they get up to.

Medic/Leader:
Starlet is the lead Sorcerer Skydancer! His job is to make sure the skydancers are still being safe and not going out of the boundaries. He is also a healer. He is very wise and can remember a lot of herbal remedies, though most of them call for little bits of magic which is why he is part of the island. He also uses his powers to rid dragons of any dark magic or anything bad that can be left over from some spells. He is also able to undue any spell, for the most part. (there have been plenty of times where dragons have accidentally just read a scroll and casted a spell on themselves). Starlet often is seen helping Korra with her scales garden but her magic is too strong for Starlet to heal her completely.





Species Rundown--No longer a species, it is a group

Basically this is just putting my thoughts and rules about them onto paper. Idk if they'll be open to anyone but at least if anyone is interested this exists!

Rule 1
Each skydancer has a unique power! So nothing like "fire powers, earth, water, can read minds." You can do those but make it more specific! Like for exampe: maybe for fire powers your skydancer can only control a living flame so they can't create or destroy it.
Rule 2
Goal is to make at least each Sorcerer Skydancer have a different power! That may not be possible if I open the species up to like anyone but if I do choose that each skydancer in the clan will have to have different powers.
Rule 3
Has to be a skydancer (obviously)! Breed-changing dragons to skydancers still count but they aren't sorcerer SDS if in their lore they were switched to another breed. There are slight exceptions like Alstroemeria. Basically those exceptions happen if they used like magic or a not very safe way, giving Alstroemeria her powers! This rule is subject to change.
