A cunning individual of terrifying skill and with highly questionable connections. Luci is as devious as he is smooth, a silver tongue that can persuade a mother to toss her eggs over a cliff a second thought. His tenacity in combat is renowned in the darker innerworkings of society and has earned him a reputation of, "Getting into your head and then slicing through your chest all in one motion." Despite his shady dealings and character, a little history exists of noble exploits and ventures. One story pertains to the recovery and rescue of a baron's young son. The hatchling was said to be smiling and talked endlessly about how Luci had turned the ordeal into a fun adventure after they'd escaped the crumbling ruins the kidnappers kept him in; Luci had refused the reward for the rescue. Another states he traveled with a caravan of refugees fleeing Luminax and took them successfully right under the abomination's nose without being detected, expertly navigated the twisted realm of the Shadowbinder without losing a soul, and safely saw their arrival into the Earthshaker's territory.

His records of combat range from assassinations to straight up slaughter in the streets under clear blue skies. An artisan of poison making and a whirlwind fighter, the ability to get the job done both cleanly and in spectacular messy fashion with great speed are what drew Aaja to him. After a particularly cruel killing spree through city streets, he had been apprehended only after an entire battalion had been dispatched and used potent acid vials to mortally wound him via throwing it into his face. The battalion brought him down yet he'd still felled over half their numbers. Upon the eve of his execution, the mysterious Pearlcatcher offered him him a deal; his life to her service or his soul and sin rent from his body and defiled remains to be left behind.
