Deera
The Cold ◉ Warden of the Wicked ◉ The Grim
xrGWxZa.png One would think that a dragon raised under the twisted and mad would end up as such... but even evil has its limits. Deera is by no means a hero. Her actions, methodology, and lack of morality easily disprove such a notion. Still, Deera could be seen as good in the eyes of some, perhaps even redeemable.

In a way, it's true, but the odds are slim. Her mind proved to be exactly what Lightweaver wanted in the world. Born and raised in darkness, her heart was corrupted long ago. She was tasked with the duty of keeping balance amongst the barbaric. With a web of connections spread all throughout the territory, she keeps tabs on every dragon that happens to toe the line of "too far."

It's unknown where that line exists, but those who cross it often disappear.

Deera is a watchful Skydancer with an iron heart. She is the sort of dragon every scourge knows and should know. With an innate sense for detecting the "evil" in others, she does away with any who exceed her own at the request of Lightweaver. A networker of nefarious affairs, a deal with her can either blossom into a profitable business or become your final contract.
