Optical woke with a start one night, his many eyes darting to and fro. For days now, he had woken to the same dream, but it was different this time. This time, the dream had felt so real. He felt the breath taken from his lungs as he watched himself and his clan mates get swept up by the giant tide. Optical shook his head. It was all just a dream, right?

Optical came to the Clan as a young hatchling. When Kira found him wandering the shore line, he simply stated that he 'needed find the Ocean'. Kira took the young dragon to Koe, who quickly decided to take the young dragon into the Clan. Optical grew up within the Clan, often predicting odd things. At first, the Clan only thought of these odd predictions as weird coincidences, but then Optical predicted a tsunami.

Optical confined in Koe about the many dreams he had, about each dream that had come true. About the dream where a tsunami swept across the shore and straight into the Clans cave. Koe, trusting in the dragons prediction, evacuated the Clan. Two days later, the Tsunami came, so powerful that it carved new tunnels into the Clans cave.

After that fateful day, the Clan takes all of Opticals dreams and predictions very seriously. Optical has become a sort of second in command to Koe, as his wisdom has never lead any of them astray.
