Osteo had always been a loner, working in his workshop and making what was, frankly, abhorrent weapons and vehicles. He had such a lack of morality and ethics that even Citadel was wary of dragging him into the Colony, because Osteo was known for blowing sh*t up for fun. Zach, however, figured he could harness this destructive nature by giving Osteo consistent targets to test his weapons on- Colony convoys and raids. And it worked like a charm! Zach got to watch the Colony get weakened, and Osteo got to blow things up. And.. maybe he was learning to care a bit about people here, as well. But he wouldn't let anyone know that! He'll continue to work with his snake-esque rocket launcher and keep nuking colony convoys, thanks!
