Luciana has her work cut out for her. She's not the only one in the lair willing to lend a listening ear to others problems but she is the only one with real professional training in that department. As a child she use to be a bit wild but over time she softened her heart and calmed down.
Her childhood wasn't too great. Getting left to fend for yourself can leave a lasting impression on such a young fae. Growing up she noticed many who went through the same ordeals she did but were unable to push through and rise above their trauma like she did. So, she studied, she trained, and she put her practice to good use and is now the resident therapist.
Along with her very soft, very friendly cat, Sooki, she keeps a steady schedule to help others with their problems. Did she ever get help for her own issues? Not entirely but it's easy to push all that back when there are plenty of dragons who need a listening ear and someone to help them.
