______Sirona is a gentle soul, an almost otherworldly figure of maternal love and care. She has raised generations with her longstanding partner Conquerer for years. Watching her children grow and become their own dragon has never failed to warm her heart and bring tears to her eyes. Sirona would do anything for her kids.

______Alas, all good things must come to an end. Conquerer had business to attend to, business too dangerous for the gentle Sirona, he insisted. With a loving kiss, the two departed, destined to be apart for the rest of their years. They wrote back and forth, which helped Sirona comes to terms, but eventually the letters stopped coming and all she could do was hope. Hope... she was good at that. She could be hopeful. And so she was. For months. But as time went on, she began to realize that her love was gone, at least from her life, forever.

______It hurt, it did, but Sirona knew better. She tracked down her hatchlings, got in contact with their clans, and found one that wasn't so very far. Cordelia, one of her daughters, had settled nicely into a clan down in the Icefields. So she packed her bags, said her goodbyes, and went on her way.

______Now in a new environment, she felt refreshed and capable where she was not before. Charlie was quick to recruit her to their nursery, where she would be happiest amongst the hatchlings. And she was. 		__

The children of Sirona and Conqueror are peaceful dragons who abhor violence (a bit ironic, given their father’s name). They prefer to solve disputes through talking and compromise rather than force, and they make great clan envoys as a result. Despite their clanmates’ attempts to get them interested in dramas, mysteries, classics, and just about any other type of literature out there, these dragons have a love of trashy romance novels. Being the kind-hearted souls that they are, they often insist on sharing excerpts of these novels with their favourite clanmates. Or anyone else unfortunate enough to be around at the time.
