 At dusk these roses strive.
Their vines entangle the grand oak resting upon the hill where all the roses call home. The concentrated heat of bare sunlight can be overbearing for these flowers, however the grand oak covers them from the heated sun. When it turns dusk the small bits of light are just the right temperature for these roses to grow bright and beautiful.

Many dragons from around Sornieth come to pick one of these gorgeous dusk roses to gift to a loved one. There is a myth saying a humble Coatl and a free-spirited Wildclaw would go to the hill every day at dusk so the Coatl could gift his mate a flower symbolizing her beauty. But, one day she never showed. The Coatl was saddened and left the flower on the hill in case she did came. That day sadly never came, the single rose grew into a whole patch of flowers as If the Wildclaw's spirit was showing her mate she was still with him.
