Personality: Jerria is a very friendly dragoness, she loves meeting new dragons and always greets them warmly no matter who or what enters the clan. she is a motherly dragoness and she is popular with the hatchlings for her funny stories and warm teas as well as the pastries she occasionally bakes, she will mother or comfort any dragon she encounters if the need is there as she hates seeing someone in emotional or physical pain although she is quick to point them to the healer if they are hurt.
She is somewhat clumsy and has a thick accent that can make understanding her difficult for some although she will try to speak clearly to make it easier. Jerria is playful and enjoys cheerful little tunes and stories and sharing these with those who will listen, she will also play with hatchlings no matter what game they want to play.

Background: Jerria grew up with her father and mother, she was very close to both of them as she grew up, the clan was pleasant enough and she found there was none who really didn't like her or her family and she had many friends. as she grew her siblings left the clan and she missed them, but she had her parents and she learned from them all they had to offer.
Her adolescence was spent doing odd jobs, picking up useful skills when she grew and Jerria soon found herself bidding her parents a tearful goodbye before leaving to find her own way. Jerria traveled to many clans before she found a clan to stay in for a short time, she helped where she could and paid for her room and board there by working.

She did this with several other clans until one clan she stayed in found it's self at war with another clan, she stayed to help as she felt some loyalty to the kind clan that had taken her in. she used the skills in healing and fighting she had picked up as she traveled, she had believed that learning to fight was one skill she would never need until she was dragged into a war not her own.
She learned quickly how to arm and protect herself against attack and how to tell if someone was telling her a lie in hopes of gaining an advantage, while she cannot always tell she is fairly accurate. the war was long and drawn out and she preferred to work with the healers as she could offer comfort to those around her and needed the comfort. in the end the clan lost and in the final attack Jerria took the lost of her friends hard as she watched dragon cut each other down, her heart broke and she steeled herself against every instinct to avoid confrontation and comfort those who were hurt.

She fought her way from the clan, taking many of the hatchlings that were left as their parents didn't want them harmed, no one could stop her as she charged from the clan, running over and crushing the enemies that got in her way underfoot. her world was in a way shattered, battles and bloodshed had taken her Innocents and left her reeling, she comforted the hatchlings, as she worked through what had happened in a short time.
Finding homes for the hatchlings she was happy to see them go to good homes even as she looked for a place to stay the night, it was in one clan that she met Checkers. Checkers was an old war dog and recognized something of a new warrior in her, he began talking to her as time progressed and she became comfortable with him, talking with him seemed to help ease some of the tension she felt and listening to his stories made her smile again.

She stayed longer than she had planned because of Checkers, finding him a good friend and not wanting to loose him to distance and lack of knowing where each other was. Jerria finally told him she was leaving for a different clan and he offered to join her, "Traveling with a friend is better than being alone, right?", and she accepted readily. gathering supplies between them they were ready and leaving in only a few days, camping with him was enjoyable and seem shorter than traveling alone had been when they found a clan.
The clan was decent and close knit, she joined the clan as a waitress for the Tavern and Tea house in hopes for a peaceful job where she could avoid fighting if at all possible. she enjoys working as a waitress and often enough will have small treats for the hatchlings of the clan who came into the tea house for sweet drinks and the pastries Damian bakes, Checkers works in the Tavern and Tea house as well as a waiter. Checkers courted her not long after they had joined the clan and she accepted readily, loving that she worked with her mate as they would amuse customers by bouncing commented back and forth teasing each other.
