Appointed figurehead of the Seekers, a group of nomads hiding out along the Starwood border, peering into the Plague flights activities.
They're actively against the Court, and its eye-typing hierarchy system.

Aarion, personally, was an old friend of Chalizce, before they split after a fight. Chalizce is now the Head-Housekeeper of the Court, an esteemed position.

Where the Hellwell Undercroft meets Arcane Seas houses a small gathering of illegally-curious dragons, with little respect for the Arcane sight-ascension-hierarchy system.
Each day as they learn more about life in neighboring flights such as Plague, unrest grows.
The Starfall Isles are walled off from Ice, are loomed over by Earth's cliffs, and drop off into water shared by Wind - making Plague's nearly even level a unique chance at awakening.
