Uh-oh, looks like this curious child wandered a little too far from her home lair (SongofSummer, 525389), and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the urge to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her home, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here.

When a young Fae researcher, Unae, came by her home clan, WinterSky chatted him up: she may have developed a crush on him at first sight - but she didn't tell him that! When he prepared to move on, he offered to take her along as an assistant, and she eagerly ran off with him.

WinterSky was pleasantly surprised by the Traveller's Lodge she stayed in next. She became good friends with Owen, one of the dragons who ran the lodge, and who was known for serving refreshments. WinterSky loved Owen's sense of humor, and as a token of their friendship, Owen gave her some bracelets with a matching necklace. Though Wintersky decided to leave soon afterwards, she hoped that maybe she'd meet her new friend again someday.

WinterSky found her way to a clan that lived entirely underground. Their surface tunnels were cleverly concealed by brambles with large thorns. She probably wouldn't have found the entrance if a Pearlcatcher didn't come swooping down from the sky screeching at her. He asked her what she was doing so close to the camp, to which WinterSky replied she had no idea what camp he was talking about.

The Pearlcatcher, Lapis, apologized and led her down the entrance tunnel where she checked in to stay in the clan for a while. WinterSky wondered why the clan lived underground and had such... aggressive guards, but nobody seemed to want to answer that question. Even Lapis, who she was starting to become friends with, didn't answer her. He only said that something had happened and now they like living in the tunnels better, but he wouldn't tell her more. So after a while, WinterSky decided it was time to continue her travels.

After such darkness, WinterSky decided she wanted some sunshine for a while. Flying east into the lands of Light, she discovered the Sunbeam Lanternhouse, where she was warmly welcomed - Eirwen in particular complimented her beauty and insisted on garbing her in some of the clan's "poor raiment".

Delighted by the attention, WinterSky spent most of her stay closeted away from the rest of the clan, designing pretty outfits with the motherly Coatl.
