Biography
Wander is called a "merchant" or a "vendor" thanks to his haggling and trading whenever the airship lands in friendly territory; a better word may be "collector". He likes to scavenge for rocks and bones and flowers and other odds and ends. If someone aboard the crew needs a button or a screw, they turn to Wander for a replacement. (Sometimes he's already found the original.)
No one minds that he doesn't speak. He has a lot more to offer than his words, and even when he isn't offering anything he's a grounding presence.
It's said the warm core temperature of the fire imperial encourages plants to grow.
