Atoll

Despite his many eyes, Atoll’s primary facial eyes are both blind. As a result, he is forced to use his additional eyes to observe the world, typically his tail eyes. He often positions his tail in ways that appear strange to other dragons, especially when he uses it to make eye contact with dragons he’s speaking with. When his tail is resting near the ground, he uses his tail feathers to sense and brush away hazards like rocks and dirt that could damage his eyes. He prefers not to do this though, as it tends to ruin the feathers. Atoll’s blindness also came as a blessing in disguise; while his facial eyes are blind, his mind’s eye is more powerful. This allows him to see visions with higher clarity than most others. Atoll has become adept at thoroughly describing his visions, as his visions reveal vital but minute details that others cannot see.
