Mulberry's Adventures
Mulberry wanted to fly! She loved watching all of the adults shooting overhead like deadly missiles to go hunting. She wanted to do that, someday.Mulberry first stumbled upon fantasticryan's clan on a particularly stormy evening. She was looking for shelter from the storm when an old Guardian male greeted her under some large trees. After informing the dragon a bit about her travels, he introduced himself as Andre, an Elder in a nearby lair. He offered shelter and food to the young Fae, who graciously accepted. Upon arriving to Andre's lair, Mulberry was the center of attention. She excitedly shared the tales of her travels with just about every dragon. The Clan Mother, Bijou, was very taken to Mulberry and the two Faes spent many days wandering and talking in the woods. Mulberry was pleasantly surprised with the hospitality of these strangers, and soon came to call them her friends. Even though Mulberry had a relaxing and pleasant experience in the north-east corner of the Shrieking Wilds, her visit had to come to an end. The clan was sad to see her go, but wished her all the luck in her future travels. Her next stop was made by a forceful encounter with a lightningstorm. Dragons who referred to themselves as members of the Scattered Clan found the triple-basic fae nearly dead near their temporary camp, and brought her in to heal her. The powerful mage Versiaz poored over her for days, left with no other choice but to heal her through curse-work. Three new genes in the fae was activated - Marbled, Capsule, Savannah, the last one being the most difficult. And for each gene, she had to stay with the Scattered ones to nest with one of their dragons. At first, she thought it was a horrible trade-off - what if she never found someone she liked? But she did. Within a week of her recovery, her first nest, with the Imperial Josse, was laid. Continue Mulberry's story here... |
