B I O G R A P H Y

______ Her name was Dumah and as lovely as it sounded, it meaning wasn't near the same. During her growing years, she had been told often that she was of a unique bloodline--double touched by darkness through both parents--and that there would be times where she would experience sudden change in her life. She never quite understood until she awakened on her sixth birthday.

______ She was out playing hide-and-seek with her siblings in the plains that bordered her parents' land when she suddenly was wracked with nausea. When it passed, she found the world different and realized what had happened in the reflection of some water near her. While she hid in her spot, her mind had wandered into thinking of what it would be like to be small like a mouse. The ground rumbled as something large passed nearby, causing her to duck for cover in a hollow tree log.
