Biography
A mercenary hired to protect The Levinworks team as part of The Vanguard Division, the combat-focused portion of the crew. Radyn is, by far, the group's most violent member and revels in the thrill of battle.
Radyn doesn't appear to care which side of the fight he's on, with both sadistic and masochistic tendencies working in tandem to create a warrior who simply delights in the chaos of conflict. The more faint-hearted of the crew view this as a reason to fear and avoid him, whereas the coldly practical would do anything to keep a soldier who would die before anything got past him.
To the rest, he's a valuable ally and friend with a worrying deathwish, which has prompted a few well-meaning dragons to attempt to convince him of the value of life and push him towards new experiences to try to "give him something to live for". It's resulted in Radyn developing a fondness for cooking and glassblowing, as well as accidentally setting him up with Xenys, though ultimately nothing has changed his fighting habits and most come to realise that this is just him living his life to the fullest in his own strange way.
Due to his conduct in battle and his threatening appearance, others frequently assume he's as savage a dragon as he appears and are surprised to discover otherwise. Radyn is flexible and always open to new ideas and trying new things, with the patience to stick with them even if they don't work out right away. He's also fairly open and honest, offering no judgement to anyone who confides in him in turn. If you find yourself short on company for an activity or just for hanging out, Radyn might well be your best option. ...If you can get past his whole "bloodthirsty maniac" reputation.
