Biography

KAILANI

.･.✧.･.

Kailani is one of the city's longest residents, and she runs a smoothie bar upon the seashore for passerby and citizen alike.

While she may have created a refuge for dragons in her grand visage of Ciudad del Mar, dragons such as London and Sunday took her dream and made it a home.

It is for this reason that Ciudad del Mar's founder is not its rightful owner- that title goes to those who solidified its character, its resolve, its people. Kailani is happy to watch the dream she once had grow and blossom into a new waterside utopia for those alongside her.

Her familiar, Boris, helps with the smoothie-making by beating up and softening harder-to-work-with fruits in preparation for drinks.
