About-Rise is a very aggressive dragon, with determination and recklessness. She rarely thinks about the impact her actions could have.

Relationships-Rise was not born in the same clutch as Dazzle, but she considered her a sister nonetheless, until her death. She used to be close with Grace and Anya, but Anya killed Grace and can not be forgiven.
