GUAVACLAW

In her youth, Guavaclaw was an alchemist. She loved nothing more than to brew and grind, mixing toxic substances together to make healing tonics. One could find her in her den at all hours of the day, working on a new formula that could probably reverse aging. Every day was a new surprise with her, but her solitary hobby meant she wasn't exactly a socialite.
Until she met the small clan's first Mirror, Shalefang. They fell in love almost instantly, and they even managed to have a nest of three eggs. Unfortunately, exposure to a new, untested compound may have ended their relationship earlier than expected. When Guavaclaw realized what her creation had done, she forced herself to leave her family behind. She became a recluse, and her hatchlings had very little contact with her.
One night, while she was out hunting food for the clan, a Banescale attacked her family. Shalefang and her two youngest children were killed, and the eldest was missing. Physically distancing herself from them hadn't worked; now the guilt and grief came rushing upon her like a tidal wave. Guavaclaw usually isn't seen outside of her den nowadays.
She hasn't brewed anything for years.
