Rue is hard to track down, if you're trying to find her. She only appears on her terms, and only to ask frightening questions like 'where are they' and 'why did they leave.' Dragons are understandably perturbed by her ghostlike presence, and try to avoid her. She seems to be trying to track down a dragon who wronged her in the past, and frequently murmurs haunting things she'd like to do to them. Rue only continues to exist out of spite, and wishes for release once her self-inflicted job is finished.
