Lyora was once a Light Elder, basking in the bright sun and collecting flowers. She was kind, gentle, and good-natured. This, however, would not last forever. A Shadow Elder wanted her hand, but not for love. Lyora already caught onto this and declined the Shadow Elder's request. Enraged by this denial, the Shadow Elder cursed Lyora in the bindings of shadow and darkness. She no longer can enjoy the sun, nor pick flowers as they became tainted and withered. She outcasted herself and grew a small community of warriors, now finding against her enemy that destroyed her peaceful life. Rage has covered her in poisonous thorns of black roses, and her kindness devoured.

ETYMOLOGY - Despite her state, her name used to live up to her beauty. However, she became cursed after angering one of the Shadow elders, and unfortunately became cursed with the shadows of the lands.
