Obtained from a free dragon thread. Looks like she's related to Lairali but she isn't. Might breed with Emonlai

Teruleya is a dancer, whose movements are as graceful and fluid as the waters she was born in. Her dances are almost always performed in the water, but sometimes she would also put on aerial presentations. Silks and sparkling ribbons trail behind her as she twists and turns into flowing motions. The dances she performs give a calming aura to those who watch, like watching the ocean waves flow.
She washed up on the shore when she was a little hatchling. No one knows how she got there, but she was in a terrible condition. Sarynth was the first to find her and took her to the healers to get treated.
