Biography

Abresa, Lady of the Waters
Seer and Soothsayer

As the Clan of Auriela expands their territory in the parts of the Great Furnace where the forgers are uninterested to go, with ores and metals few, Guardian warrior Rhizaria found three strange orbs in a hot swamp, springs and brackish water warmed with jets of lava from the roiling ground of the Ashfall Waste. It took the clan alchemist's inspection and HoneyFish's memory of his Exalted mate Amelia's mother Momi, the last Bogsneak the clan called their own, to identify the eggs.

Three Bogsneak eggs, but not laid. Lasila confidently asserted that the eggs were brewed, not laid, but both her and Whimshadow declined any knowledge of cooking the three eggs. Nevertheless, anyone's (or no one's) hatchling is everyone's hatchling and the clan tended the three eggs undisturbed in the Warm Swamps while enjoying the lava heated water.

The third to hatch, Abresa was born To The Sea, the clan a bit surprised but not much after the Light and Fire hatches of Ardawnith and Leland. Even if Auriela was hoping for another Fire aligned hatchling. Abresa tends to be out on the surface of the Warm Swamps, sprawled on natural platforms of cooled lava rock as she gets bigger every day.

The eyes of Water are the eyes of a seer, and Abresa has a natural talent as she lays in the light, her tail wrapped around an Orb she took from the clan hoard that mists strangely when she holds it. She senses that something is coming in the Sea of a Thousand Currents, even if her hatching was on the lands of the Ashfall Waste.
Haunted Stone Orb

Until the premonition coalesces more clearly or comes undeniably true, Abresa will sun in the Warm Swamps with Leland and Ardawnith. Look into her orb and maybe the Water-eyed child will have something to tell about your own fate.
