Nikola was "taken in" by Pin and Needle, and she couldn't be happier! She hardly remembers her old life, and this one is just so lovely, full of bright lights and countless plush friends. She and Needle get on swimmingly, and they love to gossip over their current sewing projects, provided said projects aren't moaning too loudly for the two of them to hear.

While she may appear to be an ordinary dragon on the outside, her insides are much stranger. In truth, Nikola is merely a tundra's hide stretched over an intricately-jointed doll, the vessel for the spirit holding the strings. No one really knows what Nikola is, but she certainly didn't start out as a dragon.
