Biography

Adalberto was welcomed to Darys's clan as a hatchling, still shaking melted snow from her wings. the young dragon marveled at the vibrancy and vividness of the Gladekeeper's Labyrinth, so unlike the quiet, icy floes where she'd been born, and felt that she'd found a home. the wildclaw regards Darys and Laurel more as parents than anything else.

under Darys's tutelage, Adalberto has become a devoted follower of the Gladekeeper and something of an heir to Darys's position; she hopes to lead the clan with the same poise and determination as her mentor one day. she is both an ambassador to other clans and within her own, and it's said that nothing goes on within the clan without her knowing about it. despite these aspirations, Adalberto is a bit of a slacker. she can often be found curled up with her mate, Jordana, or playing in the snow with the hatchlings.

the clan's forced migration to the icefields has left Adalberto, like Darys, longing for the Gladekeeper's forest. she hopes the clan will be able to return to the Labyrinth one day and take back their home.
