Biography

  • Similar to her brother Tangle, Ray is called towards a land strange yet somehow familiar to her, living part time in the Starfall Isles
  • As a young dragon, Ray had a strong fascination with the arcane, and studied magic with a passion. Her natural gifts quickly found her work in the Drowned Sanctum, where she spent countless sleepless nights working tirelessly, studious to a fault.
  • Ray was eventually invited to work at the Oculus of the Eleven, a great honour for a dragon from a clan of humble traders.
  • While she is at work at the temple, Ray will often take her breaks sitting at the highest balconies, gazing over to the great Observatory with wonder and awe
  • Despite her incredible success, she feels unfulfilled, even in her groundbreaking work studying the patterns of ley lines
  • She often thinks of the nights when her older sister, Anathema, and her would drag out their dusty and well loved telescope and spend nearly the entire the night stargazing, wondering what could be beyond... well, everything
  • Her newly realised goal is to find work in the Observatory itself, assisting The Arcanist, or even allowed her personal studies under his guidance- A far fetched dream, especially as a dragon not possessing arcane magic at all, but she has already achieved far more than she had ever dreamed, why should that stop her now?
