Ice and healing magic
beautifly.gif 		Aura was restless- she paced back and forth just inside the cave entrance, wings flicking away the floating clouds of gold-tinted magic that constantly surrounded her. She was expecting someone, and they were taking far too long to arrive. Huffing, she sat down, and began inspecting the icicles that clung to the chilled cave walls. They were strategically placed to catch and refract the sunbeams no matter the time of day, and the evening light was creating dancing rainbows on the far side of her home. Her mind could become so easily entrapt by these simple beauties… like the gleaming gold eyes and blazing aura she was so hoping to watch descend upon her doorstep.
Now she’s back to pacing. What could be taking her lover so long? Had she been caught in a battle? Had she been wounded - or worse? Aura gazed out across her frozen desert territory, squinting against the gleaming snow, hoping for a glimpse of movement.
