Zenoru

Zenoru was originally a mercenary for hire before he joined Obsidian's clan. After the horrible attack that occurred in the middle of the night by another clan, which killed many members of Obsidian's clan, Obsidian went out looking for sensible and honourable warriors to invite to his lair. Obsidian had wanted more guards and soldiers to protect everyone within the clan, and Zenoru was one of these dragons.

Originally, Zenoru agreed to be a guard if he was paid for it, and Obsidian reluctantly obliged, though he was worried greatly about the possibility of Zenoru's loyalty being bought by another rival clan at a higher price. Eventually, though, Zenoru came to enjoy working for Obsidian, who had been the nicest employer he'd had for many years, and decided to stay long after his contract had ended.
