Rhaela, if it wasn't obvious from her jarringly pristine clothing, was the supposed heir of a flourishing clan of nobles. She never craved that power, the responsibility for more dragons than herself seemingly too large of a burden. So in a feat of defiance after an argument turned physical with her own father, Rhaela left her cushy home to whatever place seemed the most appalling to a noble like her(despite her own worries): the Wallows. While adjusting was initially the hardest part, over time she grew accustomed to the constantly grimy water and the damp and humid air, now living comfortably as a villager of the Wallows herself. Though she can live off the funds she also stolen from her clan's bank, Rhaela promised herself to never use those unless she was desperate, instead now relying on tending to the Wallows as her main source of profit.

RELATIONSHIPS

Rhaela's childhood best friend; Cerpus now lives with her while trying to frantically find a cure for his disease. She doesn't show it often, but she worries deeply for her friend.

Unknown to Cerpus' knowledge, Rhaela has been filing away his information to Caoihme for any hope that her best friend could be cured. Of course she remembers to be wary though, from the caution of the witch doctor's own co-worker.
