me ❧ I am the daughter of Ashante, the worshiper of the Mourning Widow whose resilience and vengeance gives me strength. I will overcome all that challenge me. I will survive where all else has failed. I will be the crow that devours the world. bio ❧ Nizareth was a stranger to these lands, a stranger to the ancient ways that slumber beneath the vaulted pillars of repentance. She did not understand, just as you, dearest reader mine, do not yet understand. The wayward steps of her claws brought her to the Whistling Woods, overlooking the desolate waters of the Coralsong Reefs below. Alone and without purpose, the wrath of the sleeping goddess gave her purpose, filled her heart with rage and an insatiable lust for retaking the life that was meant to her hers. Nizareth knows the truth, now. And she will not halt her vengeful steps until it all becomes hers. notes ❧ Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, nisl voluptatibus mel an. Ut vis fastidii forensibus. The fallen feathers of the dead have become her sacred collection, and within the stories lingering across their vanes, she scries glimpses into the past using the diluted effluvial gift of the fated feathers. The archaeologist seeking the preservation of every story but her own. The starcrow has a remarkable memory and a thirst for knowledge that nigh consumes everything else. The stormshrike ancestry within her summons flesh-eating scarabs, that she releases on those who would dare to defile her research. The remaining insects, those who were separated from the unending swarm wherever it might come from, scurry along her hide, kept near in display to her research and antiques, serving as her guardians and her pets. A little memory for a glimpse of knowledge. She knows not what she was before setting foot in the forest, from before she began trading away those memories piece by piece for the secret knowledge from down below. The remnants of her life before linger in fleeting memories that she makes no attempt to record, no matter how rare or precious. The life she had before must not have been worth keeping, she thinks, or perhaps it merely paled in comparison to what she learned first from that first forbidden trade. | xx |

Starcrow:
Common Starcrows are the more frequently sighted type of Starcrow. They are the offspring of an Effluvial Crow and a Starshrike. Due to the territorial range of Starshrikes and Effluvial Crows covering different regions, it is rare to see such a pairing, and rarer still to see their offspring, though such dragons do exist. Common Starcrows boast the impressive wingspan of a greater Starshrike, and a slightly less potent strain of the Effluvial Virus. While their larger wingspans tend to make them clumsier in a fight then their Effluvial Crow relatives, They are still a challenging opponent to face. Only Greater Starshrikes and Greater and Lesser Effluvial Crows have been seen to have Starcrow children.

Starshrike:
Nature: Locust Swarms
Nature affinity Starshrikes’ storm magic does not summon traditional storms, rather they summon swarms of locusts and other destructive insects. This storm magic is different from the rest in that it is a purely offensive magic, used to destroy food and supplies of enemy groups. Nature Starshrikes may also have stronger base elemental affinity than other Starshrikes.
