Laspi

Laspi was made, not born. Another mistake by Monoceros, who at the time was concocting a brew. The pearlcatcher was well known throughout the lair as... A bit of a clutz. Which wouldn't be such a bad thing if she wasn't insistent upon her magical expirements.

In her cauldron was slime she had collected from the wyrmwound, bright blue mushrooms from the tangled wood, and patches of brown fur-like mold. The concoction bubbled up, almost seeming to smile at her. She was taken aback by the horrible grin in the muck, and jumped away, resulting in slipping and hitting her head on the cauldron. Blood dripped from her nose, and before she could catch it, into th cauldron.

And thus, Laspi was born.

The apprentice had to call Aural over to observe the infant pearlcatcher who lay in the bottom of Monocero's brewing cauldron. Her wings were tattered and she was leaking green ooze.

"I- is it sick?" Monocero's asked.

"She. She is not sick. She is special." Aural beamed. "Laspi."

"Slime? We're naming it? We're keeping it?!"

Laspi grew up into quite the Mage. However, her magic was not like any other Aural had ever seen. She had control over the slime she leaked. She could wrap it around other drakes like rope, rain it down and drown enemies, or her personal favorite, form it into slime-minions to help her with her brewing concoctions.

She's insane and works as the lairs witch doctor.
