Ravens are seen as cunning and resourceful dragons that excel in getting what they want. This leads to many clans wanting a raven of their own, however ravens can be deceitful so it's very risky to let one in your clan. Many ravens choose to flock together or fly solo, with very few joining multi-species clans.
Hoarding is fairly common among ravens and other members of the corvid family. Ravens will decorate themselves in items they collect and may offer these items to those they hold dear. Historically speaking ravens get along better with other members of the corvid family than they do with unrelated species.
Like all corvids, ravens especially love collecting shiny objects. They love to adorn themselves with jewelry and how much jewelry a raven has can be seen as a sign of wealth and success. It is not uncommon to see ravens with pets of their own. These pets can range anywhere from cats to snakes to frogs. The only exception being dogs, as most are too loud and energetic for the raven's liking. While they may not outwardly show it, ravens become very attached to their pets and take great pride in caring for them. A raven who has recently lost a pet may be inconsolable.
I N T R O D U C T I O N
Wednesday found herself wanted by a "clan" of sorts. This group of dragons was loosely knit with dragons running about for the most part. Really the only uniting aspect was the land. It was a mix of different biomes considered unlivable to most mixed-species clans. A forested area led down to a marsh where a group of mirrors mulled about. A few nocturnes watched from the trees while non-crow skydancers flew overhead. Even with all the dragons roaming about, this place seemed secluded from the rest of Sornieth. Eventually she found herself in a small nature clan.
