For whatever reason she chooses to distance herself from her family name, Caz has taken to only being called by her first (and even that is a nickname). She refuses to answer to anything else, stating that her preferences should be respected.

Though her primary role in S.I. is for analytical chemistry (concerning samples sent from the Collider), she also practices as a General Physician when the others aren't available. However, her coarse personality leaves her wishing she was behind the scenes rather than dealing with patients. Testing is far more fun than having to face a man and tell them they're dying. She'd rather be up to her nose in unknown substances any day.
